Meg is a certified Romana’s Pilates Instructor, having completed over 900 hours of comprehensive training and practice through Pilates of Dunwoody certification center in Atlanta, GA. She studied under the direction and mentorship of Senior Instructor Holly Pruell (Level III), Master Instructor Rhonda Celenza (Level II), and Grand Master Instructor Juanita Lopez (Level I).
A transplant from Atlanta, Meg has lived all over the east coast as well as international waters while she worked as a Featured Vocalist and Assistant Cruise Director for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. She has performed and taught in the entertainment industry since graduating from Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts. It wasn’t until 2015, after an ACL tear from dancing and subsequent surgery sidelined her for over a year, that she stumbled (quite literally) upon Romana’s Pilates. She fell in love with the practice instantly and the rest is history!
Pilates helped Meg get back to doing the things she loves with more strength, mindfulness, and mobility than any other mode of fitness. Meg brings her theatre arts background and love for the authentic classical method to her teaching, combining conscientious technique and joy through movement.
